    Pros

Meet lots of different people from different cultures and backgrounds and so on.

    Cons

Low salaries, company seems to want to get rid of you once you have been there a while.

  2. Large company that feels small. How fun it is depends on which role you are in and who your managers are.

    Pros

Perks like free tickets and parking for yourself 365 days a year. Free turkey during Thanksgiving. Employee preview for Halloween Horror Nights.

    Cons

Low wages. Varying hours dependent on how busy the park is. Comcast bought NBCUniversal, so you can instantly see that they are nickel and diming everyone to increase profits. Lots of things undergoing construction at the same time. Small employee parking lot.

    Advice to Management

Give more recognition to your competent and hard working employees.
