Full of managers who do not understand tech

Computer Programmer (Former Employee)
Washington, DC

ProsA lot of potential to improve their process workflows

ConsNot tech focused. Production env broken when I got there (written in classic ASP) and no one knew how anything worked. My current manager was quietly moving to another division as things where imploding. Everyone was afraid to shake things up. Ended up getting outside contractors to fix the broken software since the internal team was not capable of it./

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
