Pros

Great brands, good employee base, decent benefits, fun product, big enough to move into other areas of the company for advancement.

Cons

Very political environment so you need to know who you can trust and who to be wary of. If you can negotiate those details, and have tough skin to take direct criticism, then it's not all bad. Would not look at this as a long-term oppty. Probably less than 5 years and you'll burn out.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to the employees, do a better job of ensuring fair and equitable treatment. Have a better balance of work and life.
