University Hospitals of Cleveland Employee Review

I have been working at University Hospitals of Cleveland part-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Nurse friendly hospital, teaching facility, and mentors new graduates and newly hired nurses in the departments. Employees are friendly and helpful. Team work and collaboration amongst nurses.

Cons – Supervisor could be an advocate for nurses. Parking is far have to take the shuttle. Physicians need to learn how to utilize nurses fully.

Advice to Senior Management – Be more of an advocate to your nursing staff and take up for them when the physicians become accusatory.
