    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Benefit is excellent! Lots of time off. Relatively stable. Great location.

    Cons

Salary is about or below average. Can be political. Not as exciting since a lot of people working here are more or less just waiting for their retirement.

    Advice to Management

Business process needs to be re-engineered to improve efficiency.
