1. Get a degree
2. Get work permit in Canada if you are not citizen and PR
3. Learn knowledge and know some friends

Cons

1. Very low salary
2. Long work time
3. Unfair for students in different deparments

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please improve the salary for research assistant. Please give the fair treatment including salary, vacation for all graduate students. This is pretty important for all the students.

    Benefit is excellent! Lots of time off. Relatively stable. Great location.

    Cons

    Salary is about or below average. Can be political. Not as exciting since a lot of people working here are more or less just waiting for their retirement.

    Business process needs to be re-engineered to improve efficiency.
