Pros

University's do great and good things you can proudly participate in. You can contribute to making the world better.

Cons

Senior management is not very competent. uAlberta needs to be more humble and efficient. People management could be improved.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Administer the organization using 21st century tools and thinking. Let academics be academics, but don't let them make uAlberta inefficient.
