Current Employee – been working at University of Arizona

Pros – Beautiful campus, access to restaurants, laid back academic environment, high caliber associates available to meet and socialize as well as work with.

Cons – Lots of politics. I have a lot of experience with two departments, but am told others are similar; there is often one person who has too much power and gets paid too much but does not have the skills or sense use their position to everyone's benefit. Your individual relationship with this person will heavily influence your experience.
