Current Employee – been working at University of Arizona
Pros – People here are almost friendly. Excellent medical insurance. Good work and life balance. Many facilities on campus. Tuition reduction for me and spouse.
Cons – Salary is normal, compare with industry. Need pay for the parking. Too hot in Tucson during summer. Too dry as well.
Advice to Senior Management – I hope UofA and UMC/UPH can be a very coordinate family. Especially to have a more centralized I.T. system.
