    Pros

Very good job security, very very good holiday scheme the best in the area for education. Strong HR, I feel protected as an employee.

    Cons

Not enough training for professional services staff, academics are not the only people that matter in education.

    Advice to Management

Invest in more resources pro-actively. Not having enough staff in a very busy area will affect how well we perform.
