I worked at University of British Columbia full-time for more than a year

ProsTo be a staff of the University of British Columbia is very interesting and very challenging and you
will be pround to tell your friends that you are working in the second largest university of Canada.

ConsYou cannot work overtime without pay because it is under the CUPE 2950 and very strict to impose
and you will be in trouble if you insist to work beyond your time unless if it is overtime with pay.

Advice to Senior ManagementDuring job interviews, if someone was not too good during the interview, he/she might be a very
good employee if you give him/her a chance.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
