“Researcher”
Former Employee – worked at University of Calgary part-time
Pros – Autonomy in the truest sense. Flexible hours, freedom to run with ideas, and the ability to plan your own path.
Cons – Feedback from higher ups is frequently shallow. Being on your own is a double edged sword.
