EASY work depending on who is your TA professor, sometimes it is really cool when you have not so much study burden.

    Pros

    Autonomy in the truest sense. Flexible hours, freedom to run with ideas, and the ability to plan your own path.

    Cons

    Feedback from higher ups is frequently shallow. Being on your own is a double edged sword.
