Current Employee – been working at University of Chicago part-time for more than a year

Pros – The University has an extensive transportation system around Hyde Park available to its workers. The time system and HR work well.

Cons – Aside from transportation and the library, there aren't many extra benefits, such as the gym. Gym membership would be nice.

Advice to Senior Management – Gym membership for employees would be nice.
