    Pros: They pay well compared to other similar jobs for people without degrees Great variety of jobs to choose from, and it's easy… Cons: it can be stuffy if you don't agree with your boss, you're in for trouble very much a shut-up and… Advice to Senior Management: the organization needs to work together rather than separately.
