I have been working at University of Chicago part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The environment is incredibly relaxed and supportive. There is room to learn a lot if an individual is interested. Also, there are good benefits.

Cons

Pay might not be comparable to similar positions at other companies. Also, the type of work is very similar--all University websites and applications.

Recommends
Positive Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I have been working at University of Chicago

    Pros

People are friendly and smart, benefits are decent, good pay, the campus is beautiful (lots of old buildings), flexible work location and hours (depending on your group of course)

    Cons

It's in Hyde Park, which is somewhat awkward to get to by public transit and parking is a pain. The food options are better than they used to be, but still not great.
