I worked at University of Chicago part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The university of chicago was flexible and paid very well. The people were interesting and the work was not dull. There were social events.

    Cons

The work could sometimes be very dull. Overall I can't really think of anything too terrible about the position. There was sometime a need to work extra hours.

I have been working at University of Chicago

    Pros

The working culture in our team is very friendly and easy. We could learn from each member in our team. Our job is also to offer software help to the whole university.

    Cons

As our team is still a start-up one, we need more software experts in all kinds of field to enlarge our service.
