Working hear has been the best experience.

ProsVery family oriented. My manager is very understanding when I have to take off due to emergencies. My manager is very fair and doesn't micromanage. The company is easily accessible from major bus and train routes

ConsHard to find parking. The University is not located in a very safe neighborhood. We often hear reports of assaults and robberies. There is a University side and a Hospital side. I would recommend applying for all jobs on the university side. The Hospital is a lot more restricted.

Advice to Senior ManagementRaises greater than 3% would be greatly appreciated as well as lessening the time it takes to get a promotion approved.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
