I have been working at University of Colorado Denver

    Pros

Great students. The quality and enthusiasm of the students is what keeps me going. Despite low pay compared to industry, I show up to work gladly.

    Cons

Poor leadership. There is no direction, no sense that anyone really knows what is going on. This is critical for improving the public perception of the university

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There needs to be someone at the helm who knows what is going on and the great inequities of the current situation.
