Pros

Young people are always around. Eco pass included, lots of educational growth opportunities. Nice place to be, beautiful campus.

Cons

Construction happens all the time and access to key roads and routes is changed without much notice.
Always the promise of impending budget cuts as the upper management gets more money.

    Pros

A sense of scientific community. Investigators show good intent.

    Cons

No clear vision or innovation to maintain federal support. Investigators completely lack oversight and are unable to manage employees, even when significant problems arise. Expectations are never clear and favoritism runs rampant.

    Advice to Management

Don't let bottom employees dictate operations. Positive AND negative feedback is helpful. Show hard-working employees some appreciation.
