    This experience paid fairly well and had free housing and food and looks good when applying to graduate school programs.

    Cons

    I was ignored by my professor all summer.

    Good pay, flexible hours, lots of useful training.
    Ability to move up
    Lots of potential connections

    Occasionally less than appropriate respect for students - we are adults
    Newer management is frequently patronizing
    Often confusing changes that come from very high up in the university without consideration for the students - your customers

    Don't forget that students are customers and adults, coming to us before decisions are made might work better in the long term
