Pros

Good communication when issues arise; flexible working hours and good salary; good support system with supervisors, university is keen to develop your existing skills

Cons

Can get lost in the woodwork due to the volume of people employed; assignment of desk space could do with being updated, some researchers were sharing spaces.

    Pros

    Great environment, friendly people, progressive culture, high quality colleagues, high quality students, good payment, good work life balance, good library, career service,provision of funding, recently built buildings

    Cons

    bad weather, The tuition will probably be high, many students which often makes it noisy,some books in the library are old, some times students aren't too efficient and they require lots of out of classroom help.

    Advice to Management

    The reputation could be much improved through the organisation of conferences
