“Good place to work”
I worked at University of Edinburgh
Pros – Good and friendly working environment; Excellent work/spare time ratio; Freedom to try out new technologies and to bring in your own ideas.
Cons – The pay is probably not as high as in the industry, but then you won't work silly hours either.
Advice to Senior Management – I think my institute was well managed and the employees did not have to deal with overall issues from the University itself.
