    Pros

    The ability to balance personal and work is good.
    The social aspEct is a good thing, enabling you to meet and socialise with similar individuals.

    Cons

    Pay is not spectacular.
    Hours can be long.
    Messy describes alot of the way things are run here.

    Advice to Management

    The management structure is messy, managers ar competent but somehing falls down somewhere. Casual staff are good but are managed inefficiently.

    It is a good way to improve your communication skills and make new friends

    Cons

    As there is around 30 student helpers your shifts will be quite rare

    Advice to Management

    Do not get it like a serious job. Just something to begin with and gain a very basic experience.
