I have been working at University of Georgia

Pros

They are very flexible with students on hours. They dont give out too much work, and the work is pretty trivial. A lot of time to study or do homework if need be.

Cons

Can find yourself at work doing nothing. Sometimes they make you do work that you feel is not in your job description (like sweep or get someone a drink from the vending machine)

I worked at University of Georgia

    Pros

Working at UGA was exciting because they are innovative and had access to the latest technology for teaching.

    Cons

Did not provide any kind of benefits as I was only part-time, though paid fairly well for part-time employment. Hard to keep working there when one has finished their degree and needs to move off campus. Of course, when one completes a degree, they hope to find a full-time job in their field, but not always the case, especially in today's job market.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Perhaps they could provide better shuttle service to make it easier for those who are off campus or can't afford to park on campus.
