    Pros

The university is locally famous. It has good location. Houston is an oil city, and there are many oil-related jobs. The university offers graduate students teaching experiences in the undergraduate level.

    Cons

The university is relatively new, founed in 1927. The university itself is not very safe, as there are a few minnor crimes from time to time.

    Advice to Management

Do not increase tuition al the way. Increase parking spaces near the library. Hold more job affairs each, for each major and for the graduate level.

  2. Incredible workplace that is technology friendly.
