I have been working at University of Houston part-time (less than a year)

Pros

Relaxed environment at work
Flexible scheduling which is done around your class schedule that is perfect for full-time students.
You can study while on work and this is encouraged = Awesome

Cons

Few hours available, seasonal job that might not be good hours in spring as the CORE 1101 class sections are not offered as in the Fall.
