    Pros

Great atmosphere, decent pace, A LOT of time off. Good stepping stone for your next much higher paying job.

    Cons

Pay is below market, raises are few and far between. Not even inflation rate.

    Advice to Management

All managers manage differently, but stick out for your employees, put them to use, they have talent. If not, boredom kicks in. Get rid of the bottom feeders that are there for a cushy government job.

  2. Not a high rank University, but on the upper slope.

    Pros

In January 2011, the University of Houston joined the ranks of the top research universities in the nation, in the near future, the funding will increase, the quality of faculties and students will be getting better

    Cons

Its campus is in the center of a big city, which is open to everyone, thus it is not in the best safety envirroment for study.

    Advice to Management

The chancerllor and president, Renu Khator, is very good with her leadership.
