Company review- University of Houston

Pros- Easy life, less pressure
- Govt. job benefits like reduced tax, access to campus facilities (recreation center, library, books,etc)
- More time to spend with family or anything else
- Not so competitive environment
- Ready to spend well on latest technologies

Cons- Low paying
- No competition, so depends on you how much you learn. If you are looking for personal growth
- Management will be average
- Will be irritating initially by the slow processes but later on you will get accustomed

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Pros: Great atmosphere, decent pace, A LOT of time off.… Cons: Pay is below market, raises are few and far between.… Advice to Senior Management: All managers manage differently, but stick out for your employees, put them to use, they have talent.
