Pros

There are some good faculty members. Not too many, but do exist. I am very lucky!

Cons

Invest too much resource on irrelevant events(such as renovating University Center, spending $25,000,000 in rebuilding a football stadium, etc.) instead of on students.

Advice to Management

Spend more resource on students and research! Not football!

  1. As a phd student, you always need to pay tuition, too much.

    Pros

Situated in an international hub for oil and gas.

    Cons

Academically, not a very strong environment. Collegiality among professors is lacking.
