    Advancement and promotion opportunities
    Free medical insurance for full time employees
    Paid holidays and accrued vacation and sick time

    Lots of people
    No accountability
    Other duties as assigned clause
    Bureaucracy and red tape makes you double work
    Staff shortages
    Salary is mediocre. To get significant pay raise you have to job hop within the university.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get rid of dead weight staff and hold people (everyone) accountable, loosen up on the bureaucracy, properly staff departments, and revise other duties as assigned clause.
