    I have been working at University of Houston full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Networking is a plus. You get to speak with different walks of life. You challenged at times to make things under pressure which makes perfect for me.

    Cons

    There are really no cons for this job. Menu cycle is every four weeks. Gets boring cooking the menu items at times.
