    Pros

    Great work when its available and you get to meet a lot of interesting people.

    Cons

    Work is very random sometimes full time and sometimes part time. In order to park there you have to buy a full years parking pass and hardly use it.

    Easy job, lots of personal time, nice co-workers in my program and department

    Cons

    Not much opportunity for growth unless you move to a different department, not much salary improvement unless you hire in high, too many menial tasks given, not much opportunity for creativity
