“nice community, cold winter”
Current Employee – been working at University of Illinois
Pros – Nice community and rich culture within a big university town
Cons – As the technical staff, there is no career promotions or any futher career development.
Advice to Senior Management – need reward the employee in some way if they are doing outstanding job there.
