I have been working at University of Illinois at Chicago

    Pros

It was a great pleasure to work with all the scientists and staff. I really learned a lot from everyone.

    Cons

Sometimes it is very difficult to get thing solved by human resource people and in my case it took 4 months just to set up a pay rise.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would suggest that university keep the benefit for all the employees and make them really happy to work for the state.
