Pros – Great people (up to the middle-administrative level, the higher-ups seem out of touch), lively idea-driven environment.

Cons – Low salary, mainly pretty ugly campus.

Advice to Senior Management – Stop hiring more administrators and invest in faculty - they're the ones the students come for.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
