    Pros

High-quality of graduate students, outstanding infrastructure, broad range of high-quality expertise among colleagues from all engineering disciplines. Very good ratio of salary vs. cost of living.

    Cons

Remote location - the town does not have much to offer. Complete indifference towards the University on the side of a deeply troubled state.

    Advice to Management

Lobby for a high-speed train connection to Chicago. Work towards essentially complete independence from the State of Illinois, something similar to the University of Michigan.
