Former Employee – worked at University of Iowa full-time for less than a year

Pros – Excellent benefits, good pay, MOST of the students are a joy to work with

Cons – You only get paid once a month, extremely hard to get a job here, and very high expectations during probationary period. Some standards are almost impossible to meet.

Advice to Senior Management – Dont be so hard on the new employees. Sometimes your standards are ridiculous and almost impossible to meet.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
