I work as a campus tour guide part-time, and it is one of the most awesome jobs you can find on campus.

    Pros

Excellent people who are willing to work with you and help you learn, intelligent professionals who are hard working and carry with them a great work ethic above that of many other areas in the U.S. but also maintaining a work-life balance that spans across companies/jobs/people.

    Cons

Small professional network outside of the Midwest

    Advice to Management

Work with employees to carry their connections further than the day to day work life.
