    Pros

Fairly good pay for the amount of work expected, lots of freedom of when you prepare for classes, and can often prepare own agendas

    Cons

Don't always get to work with the best professors, which makes the job difficult at times. Often told exactly what to do, so there is not a lot of room for creativity. Salary is good for part-time, but not necessarily enough to pay the bills
