Pros

-very flexible with student's schedules; prioritize student's needs for study
-progressive place, with attempts to minimize energy usage, commuting, etc
-good communication from higher-ups (deans, president, etc.)

Cons

-low pay
-high expectations for a student worker being paid a low wage
-little to no parking

Advice to ManagementAdvice

improve communication; respect the need for departments to utilize public relations and marketing methods to improve.

    many opportunities for overtime pay,
    generous employee education program,
    discounts to athletic events and bookstore

    Absurdly high tech turnover,
    lack of discipline,
    near-term raises are unlikely due to budget cuts,
    $372 employee parking pass (renewed annually),
