    Pros

Fantastic benefits, excellent work-life balance support, very good job stability, great in-house training opportunities, paid classes for employees at state universities, 50% tuition discount for dependants.

    Cons

Low pay, few raises, very difficult to get interviews.

    Advice to Management

Management does a good job with limited resources. Job cuts have been minimal despite significant budget cuts, but a lack of raises and difficulty moving to higher-paying jobs is making it increasingly difficult for employees to make ends meet.

  2. Interesting place to work, typical low pay for PT student work

    Pros

-very flexible with student's schedules; prioritize student's needs for study -progressive place, with attempts to minimize energy usage, commuting, etc -good communication from higher-ups (deans, president, etc.)

    Cons

-low pay -high expectations for a student worker being paid a low wage -little to no parking

    Advice to Management

improve communication; respect the need for departments to utilize public relations and marketing methods to improve.
