Pros

the benefits are great, the work is pretty relaxed and you have a lot of freedom. Try to get a permanent position because then you are pretty sure not to get terminated

Cons

Don't share anything with HR. Some of the policies and other things are ridiculous and they are unwavering in their execution.

Advice to Management

    Pros

Most people are very friendly. Everyone is looking to make friends and you always meet new people. You can enjoy UK basketball and study in amazing and beautiful Young Library. No high traffic in Lexington.

    Cons

Teachers at UK don't care about their students - at least most of them don't, anyway.
There is nothing to do in the city of Lexington besides bars and frat parties that you cant go to unless your in the fraternity.

    Advice to Management

    treat with students nicely.
