Pros

The university of Louisville is the largest metro research university in the state of kentucky. The University is growing very fast. The city of louisville is a fun place to live.

Cons

There is not much to complain about when considering about the university's environment. Wish the schools grow faster and make more contribution on our understanding of nature and health.

    Pros

The University of Louisville is a great employer. They offer benefits and a generous vacation plan. I enjoy working with my colleagues.

    Cons

The University of Louisville can be a difficult place to work when bureaucracy comes into play. The school is such a huge place, that certain tasks are not as efficient as they could be.

    Advice to Management

There seems to be a stress on improving ratings such as becoming one of the top research institutions in the US. While this pursuit is noble, I feel that management should focus on improving the quality of the education for its students and cut costs to keep tuition low.
