I have been working at University of Louisville as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

Excellent culture, friendly, intelligent people that truly care. Good benefits, including tuition reimbursement, paid time off.

    Cons

University Overall: It's difficult to get full time work. There are far more part-time and contract opportunities available.
Delphi Center: Haven't found any yet.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

At the University Overall: Consider consolidating some of the part-time jobs into one full-time job and look to alumni and temporary employees to fill those positions.
At the Delphi Center: I think you're doing a terrific job. Everyone seems pleased to come to work.

I worked at University of Louisville part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The management cares about who you are and what you can become. As a college student, getting a job in Student Life is one of the best ways to stay involved and contribute to the community. And you get paid! While you don't become wealthy, it's a great side job to assist in weekly expenditures.

    Cons

There really aren't any cons. You get to work the hours you request. If you don't request, then you don't work. If you do request, you get put on. It's a great system and the management stays on top of scheduling and is willing to work with you.
