University of Maine System Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at University of Maine System

Pros – Good benefits package. Flexible work schedule. Plenty of time off. Great social environment and access to a beautiful campus. Great opportunities to advance your education.

Cons – Very very very low pay when compared jobs at other companies. Constant whining from senior administration over financial condition of the system.

Advice to Senior Management – Perhaps it is time to listen to the faculty and staff...they are, after all, "professionals" and stakeholders with a vested interest in the suscess of the system (unlike some on the "committees" assemble to help save the system).
