I worked at University of Maryland Medical Center full-time (less than a year)

Pros

The benefits are excellent. You're not likely to find a place that still offers a pension plan and the corporate culture is about being innovative and best-in-class.

Cons

The pay is not as competetive as it could be. Other hospitals systems are paying more in the same role in that region.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increased salaries and bonuses would reduce turnover (which is not bad, but could be better). As I see it, there's not much else to complain about.
