    Pros

It is on campus which makes it very convenient for students to work there. It adds variety to your resume

    Cons

Unfortunately there is no room for advancement. It is sometimes hard to get work off. It gets boring at times.

    Advice to Management

You should give people raises after several semesters completed. It would keep the students motivated to work there and stay longer

  2. Rudderless ship

    Pros

Great if you're looking for a 9-5 gig - everybody screeches out of there at 5pm! Also a good amount of vacation time and holidays. Benefits provided are also good.

    Cons

Leadership is pretty much nonexistent. Strategic plans are never fully constructed or adhered to, so everyone there just moves with whichever way the wind blows. There's also a sense of complacency...but they do need to get it together otherwise the for-profits will put them out of business.

    Advice to Management

Stop thinking that staff parties will make everyone happy and instead focus on strategically planning for the future. Without a plan and sense of purpose, you'll go out of business!
