Great pay, great location; lack of early preparation/organisation with tutorial content at times.

Pros

Great location and pay was good, Flexibility with time tabling and schedule was appreciated. Senior staff and lecturers were very approachable and open to feedback; environment was highly collaborative.

Cons

Problems with errors in tutorial solution sets and assignment model answers caused problems/delays with marking. Often received tutorial guides extremely late, leading to totes being run/developed "on the fly".
Extremely short handed tutorial staff on some units led to some extremely hectic weeks if one tutor was unavailable/away, particularly during assessments/marking. Students had a lot or problems with some subjects, where tutorial content/curriculum seemed unstructured and/or not directly related to lecture content.
