I have been working at University of Miami full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits: Medical, Dental, days off. They have a bunch of resources for their employees.

    Cons

Tuition remission has been changed to make getting a degree a very lengthy process. A lot of politics and all of the focus is on the faculty, staff is disregarded. Salaries need to be more competitive at the mid manager level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in your people, there is high turn over because they do not invest in their staff.
