University of Miami – “Not so bad”

Pros

The place has it's deficiencies but so does every other place in the city of MIami. Overall working at the School of Medicine is a pleasure.

Cons

There are alot of rude people, which gets to be a bother becuase there is a need for communication between departments.

This could be more of a reflection on the city though.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep on listening to the employees need and make sure that all promises are kept and full followed through with.
