    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at University of Miami full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Excellent Faculty, good Health Care Benefits, good work-life balance possible

    Cons

resistance to change, often unfriendly (rude) environment, often slow regulatory/legal process, often low salaries, often no room to grow/get promoted, often too high workload per individual in clinical research, expensive parking ($50-70 per month), expensive and not-world class quality daycare on campus (Dominion tower), no 401K during the first year of employment, often layoffs

    Advice to Management

Consider applying more positive reinforcement to motivate employees and adding more benefits (lost after 2009-2010). Consider expediting legal/regulatory processes in clinical research and legal department.
